I guess this one really shouldn't come as a surprise. Awesome episode of course. I do wonder why he didn't review them in order.
Also, anyone notice Actraiser from at the front of Roo's shelf? Plus what he said at the end of the video, could it be the next one is Actraiser? I'm just guessing, maybe he wants to space the Quintet stuff apart a little before tackling another.

well if he's not done with Quintet, my money is on Robotrek.
He's done act raiser, He's done the trillogy, Actraiser 2 I don't think anyone really enjoyed, and their other games (i'm fairly certain) never got NA releases, so they would have to be imports / big E games.
While I don't think it's going to be his next Gem, I do think his next Quintet Gem will be Robotrek.

Well crap, I just realize he did. Man, how the hell did I manage to forget that episode? Then I'll go with Actraiser 2. I know both Actraiser 2 and Robotrek aren't most people's favorite works by Quintet.
Funny, I signed up here to ask Roo about a little discrepancy I saw within the video. I've seen a few of his previous videos, but never the IoG or Terranigma ones. I'll have to watch both now.
There's a handful of Quintet games out there he could review that he hasn't, so it could be any of them really. If he's already done Actraiser, then my bet's on 2.
the problem with actraiser 2 is I don't know if it would be considered a 'gem' because it wasn't terribly good, especially compared to the first.
The point of the Gems is to showcase good games that just kind of slid by unnoticed (at least that's my understanding)

Personally, I actually liked Actraiser 2. Yes it was a let down compared to Actraiser, but it still wasn't THAT bad. My biggest issue was with how slowly the character moved in comparison to the first game.
My problem with Actraiser 2 is that the difficulty largely comes from the fact that the controlls are so sluggish.
A game should be hard because it's challenging, not because the controlls are challenging.

I hated how slow Actraiser 2 played, the fancy schmancy graphics (read: too much pretty shiat on screen) and controls made it a chore to play. If it ran fast and smoothly I may have given it more of a chance...but without my favorite element it was a no-go for me anyhow.
