So back during Christmas I got this because i wanted to increase my nerdyness and also cause I wanted something to make me seem Geeky to other people when I'm not really wearing a T-Shirt that has Reference X on it or something gaming related tagged across it.

Now this was a major staple for Geeks/Nerds back in the 80's it singled you out but also let you know who was one of your own, the question I pose to you is this.
I'm 19, and you obviously know that I'm a Nerd/Geek cause well I'm on here, But what is your opinions on this watch? What do you think of it? Would you get one? Older guys who lived in the 80's and had this would you rebuy this? Younger guys do you think it is cool? Do you think it stills holds the Nerdyness status that it had in the 80's?

I think the classic still holds true.
Though I'd love to see someone make a slightly longer watch and turn it into a scientific calculator

Saw something similar over at Retro Thing awhile ago.

The Retro Thing one I prefer it more because I want durability in a watch and the ThinkGeek one I had issues with the plastic design of watches falling a part, so I will only by metal watches now. (Note: I have never bought anything from ThinkGeek.)
I personally will not get one, I have problems using a cell phone keypad and I am assuming those buttons are smaller.

Of course if I were going to do this (I really wanted one back in the day) I would have to get a Casio.
However, I don't wear wtches, so . . . probably not.
Just thought of something about TommyJames comment, both watches posted here are made by Casio.

I wish the Nintendo wrist watches were still around. The ones with the Zelda dungeon.

Casio and Texas Instruments made the only ones I am really aware of back when I was around 7 years old.
They were awesome and not cheap. Seemed like they were fairly durable back in the day.
But I would have to get an actual vintage version, not a remake.
