E3 2011: Tour of the Videogame History Museum

In our final video from E3 2011, Roo & Pat the NES Punk take you on a magical tour of wonder through the fledgling Videogame History Museum.  From the Odyssey to the PlayStation, learn a little bit about everything the market had to offer in the 20th century.

E3 2011: Nintendo Wii U Hands-On Impressions

You've seen the Commodore's thoughts on the Wii U, now hear Roo's hands-on impressions (partially live from the Nintendo booth at E3, partially from the comfort of his room a week later).  How well does the touch screen work?  Are the graphics any better than an Xbox 360?  How hot were the Nintendo booth babes?  Find out here.

E3 2011: Interviews on Metagame & Galaga Legions DX

We finish up our slate of interviews from E3 by first joining two developers of Metagame - the card game about video games!  Almost more of a social experiment than a traditional game, Metagame results in debates about the very core of what makes up video games.  You can watch the interview and then check them out at: metagame.localno12.com

And secondly, I talk with a representative of Bandai Namco concerning their latest update of a classic: Galaga Legions DX, just in time to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Galaga!

E3 2011: Interviews with Danny Day (Desktop Dungeons) and Dan Licht (Silent Hill: Downpour)

Our first interview from E3 is with Danny Day, co-creator of one of the finest roguelikes to come along in quite awhile.  Desktop Dungeons, an independent game that has already received awards and was featured at the Indiecade booth this year, is an addictive jaunt that lends itself well to quick or long play sessions on the PC or Mac.  But what about other platforms?  This info and more in today's interview.

Check out more about Desktop Dungeons, and play a demo, at desktopdungeons.net

Dan Licht, taking over the composing reins from Akira Yamaoka for the latest game in the Silent Hill series (Downpour), also stopped to give an interview at E3 last week.  Licht also composes the musical score for the popular Showtime series, Dexter.
