Always sad to see a game developer go, especially one that gave me many fond gaming memories.
At least the brand is still alive but what can we expect... leather and zippers clad bomberman :P

Well, Konami has actually entirely owned Hudson since last year, and the U.S. division of the company was also shut down already, so here in North America, not much will change, I assume. :/

Keeping the brand around is not good since it is the original people that made you want their products, e.g. Rare and RCA.

Around the time Square merged with Enix and they stopped making games I was remotely interested in playing, I lost faith in God, sold my soul to Satan, and can no longer feel emotions like normal humans. So this doesn't really bother me so much.
