The biggest problem with quoting someone is that you can't type anything under it. When you want to quote someone, put in a carriage return or two, then go back to the top of the field. Hit the quote box and put in the text you want to quote. Then go down to the bottom of your carriage returns and type what you want.
For some reason the BB code isn't working properly with WYSIWYG.

... maybe i'm just being pragmatic. But of course BB code, or indeed any code, wouldn't work with WYSIWYG. What You See is What You Get. A code wouldn't do anything. :p
