And yeah, I've played Yoshi's Story. It's good, but I prefer Super Mario World 2. I think it's just better platforming-wise.

I love the graphical style of Yoshi's Story though. Same reason as I loved Kirby Epic Yarn's graphical style. =P

Well, I'm a big RPG-fan. Especially the developers GUST and LEVEL-5. I love their games

Metroid is one of my favourite game-series, along with Mother and a few obvious ones like Zelda and Mario and all that good stuff. =P

I've also gotten into horror games a lot lately. Just been finishing the Resident Evil remake with a couple of friends for the first time. And we'll hopefully start Fatal Frame 4 sometime soon. Or maybe Amnesia later on.

Fighting games, like BlazBlue, Guilty Gear and the Capcom Vs.-series are also really fun.

I've never really had much experience with arcade machines. Unless you mean arcade games for home consoles. :P
If so, then I really agree. I love arcade racers especially. And fighters too.

What arcade games have you played?

(home console or machine)

Different fighters like Street Fighter, Marvel vs Capcom etc.
Also stuff like Gradius and those kinds of games. And F-Zero GX if that counts.

On Machines, I've been playing a few ones like MvC and Mortal Kombat (which I actually haven't played on a home console). And Sega Rally once in a restaurant. But only once each. It was fun though!

Hi, there. I've been coming to the site since 2009, I think, and watching videos here. Like a lot of people, I'm sure, I was first made aware of the site because of Roo's Earthbound review and documentary (both of which are great, by the way!), mentioned on Earthbound Central. So I thought I'd finally join up! I work for a web site myself, the Gaming Realm, where I post news (the site has been around for a long time actually, but it's gone through a lot of changes, and we recently reformatted). I am also an aspiring artist, and some of my work can be seen on my DA page.

My name is Pär and I'm from the socialist kingdom of Sweden. I am currently studying computer science at Stockholm University and I love games in many shapes. I've played video games since the NES and played computer games since DOS.

My favourite genre is probably JRPG, but I will play almost anything. Some of my favourite franchises are Zelda, Metal Gear, Shin Megami Tensei and Metroid. Some of my favourite games are Ocarina of Time, Metal Gear Solid, Persona 4, and Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. On the PC I got stuck in the MOBA genre for the longest time. I played about 2000 hours of Heroes of Newerth before I quit. Now I mostly use my PC for retro gaming and indie titles. Some favourites include Jazz Jackrabbit, Amnesia, and Morrowind. My most anticipated game right now if probably Ni No Kuni, but only because I've been avoiding anything Skyward Sword related. I want to check my mailbox on November 18th and have a completely fresh Zelda experience for the first time since Majora's Mask.

I don't do much table top gaming, but I'd love to learn some. I know that members of my faucalty have been organizing Dungeons & Dragons, Magic the Gathering, etc. I do play some MTG, but it's slowed to a halt because of lack of interest from my friends. I mostly play Duels of the Planeswalkers now. Also, I'm terrible at it.

As my choice of studies suggests I am a computer nerd. I'm into all sorts of programming and software development from HTML to assembly code.

I've been a fan of the clan since 2009 and figured that it would only be appropriate to get to know you better through this site.
