ReBoot: The Definitive Mainframe Edition - Release date: June 28, 2011
Was looking for Anime on Amazon and since ReBoot is animation it was listed, and guessing by it has 9 dics it is the complete series. (Checked http://reboot.com/ and yes it is the complete series.)
I have never watched the episodes in order and am looking for to this. Also would like to know if/when the film trilogy is coming.
One thing about ReBoot is I would say it has stand the test of time, and the reasons why I can not find the words to describe how great ReBoot is.

Well, the first season of Reboot is kind of hard to watch...it does get better though. :)
I've been waiting for a release like this for quite a long time.
I have read that they had problems with ABC and the Broadcast Standards and Practices wanting to make the show more kid friendly during the first seasons.
(I now wonder what ReBoot would of been like if they didn't have problems with the network restrictions.)

They would probably have gotten away with much more like in the latter seasons and the humor would have been more in line with what came later. The best episode to illustrate the difference between pre and post-syndication ReBoot is the Evil Dead-ish episode. :)
I loved this show as a kid. I could see myself getting back into it when the DVDs come out. Incoming Game?
I loved ReBoot, my only real problem was this:
Think of how expensive it would be to be a gamer.
"Hey I just finished Dragon Age:Origins, Awakening, and Borderlands... now I need to buy a new PS3 cause this one's been nullified to shit."
And don't even get me started on Online play... christ!

The gamer in ReBoot was either a spoiled rich brat or a 90s internet warez loving pirate; one with a very, very short attention span.
"*Game Over*
I hate this bloody game! Time to try this new one!"
I always wondered what their reaction to games like Tetris would be.
"Oh thank goodness a puzzle game, no need to worry."
or would puzzle games do things like mini nullifications after every round?
Level one complete ~ZAP~ there goes a binome.

I thought they did Tetris.
Didn't the falling blocks put the city in danger?
Of course, I could be thinking of Captain N.
that sounds more like Captain N...
Yes falling blocks did put mainfraim in trouble, but that's because the blocks were games (on the inside)

I remember that part, but I could have sworn one of the games was at least similar to Tetris. It probably was the "incoming game" part I am thinking of.
I haven't seen the show since it was originally on ABC back in the day.
I am probably mentally combining it with that Captain N episode.
The phrase 'originally aired on ABC' seems so... Wrong.
I watched it on YTV :p Go Canada!
