I just read about the Retrode 2. http://www.retrode.org/about/

Sound quite amazing. You plug the game into the Retrode and plug the USB cable into your computer. You still need an emulator, but at least you can plug your SNES controller into the Retrode and use them. If I understand correctly, the device will dump the cartridge and will show up on the PC just like a normal USB drive. It works for the SNES and for the Sega Genesis, but there are extension for N64 and other consoles as well.

If I have some spare money left, I will try to get my hands on it. Costs about 65€ / $85.

Hooking up a SNES with a HDTV isn't that much fun, so this looks like a nice alternative.

Anyone having expiriences with it?
