Re: Scott Pilgrim
I hadn't really paid attention to the franchise at all until I saw a commercial for the movie on TV about a week ago. And I hate to say it, but I'm intrigued. I'll probably wind up reading the novels at some point, along with seeing the movie. Hell, even the video game looks interesting.
Plus, the movie has Mary Elizabeth Winstead, which is automatic win. Yay for local actors! Her, Zach Galifianakis, and Michael C. Hall are welcome to pop by anytime they want. We can chat, catch up on the crazy NC weather, be best friends...
Wait, what was this thread about again? Peanut butter?
I had the oppurtunity to get that, or the Watchmen. I wen with the Watchmen and I loved it. Although, I probably read this sometime in the future. Although, I personally think the movie looks terrible. I mean, every time what ever his name is (the guy who plays the main character, also as you can see I have a bad memory :D) is in a movie, his acting always seemed forced and he never seems to have any real emotion in every role I have seen him in. So I think I'll avoid the movie.

Re: Scott Pilgrim
Kurara: I know, right? I have a hard time finding a place that was showing it only 3 weeks after release. It seems a lot of them had replaced it with "Avatar: The Buy More Tickets" cut.
Goveynetcom: That's a good call on Watchmen. Probably my favorite graphic novel ever. Granted, I don't read many of those, but still... I think I'm going to have to check the librarys around here to see if they have any Scott Pilgrim though.

I will not fix my engrish because I am lazy :)
I think it looks good.
Iread excerpts from the graphic novels, and it seemed pretty cool. Probably won't read them anytime soon, though
