I was bored and decide to look through the Sears Wish Book and found this board game and noticed Luigi next to Mario, obvious Mario would be the King so it took awhile and to find a list of what piece is which since the picture could have them in the wrong place, and yes Luigi is the Queen.
Website/videos were commenting on Luigi being the Queen but to me this is a good thing, from various movies and TV show that explain the game of chess they say that the Queen is the most powerful piece in the game, so for once Luigi has taken the spotlight away from his brother?
So Mama luigi is now the most power piece in chess.

I'd of made 2 different choices in that one.
1: I'd of changed the bowsers Rooks and Pawns.
A kicked Green shell is totally a Rook, not a pawn, While Gomba's are more pawn like.
2: Mario's pawns I thing should be mushrooms, not coins.

Didn't notice the other side but yea the Green Shells should be Rooks and Goombas should be the pawns, how can the maker of the game make a mistake like that? To answer my own question the person/people don't know Mario games that well.
