Wish I could of been there

Wish I could of been there for the live stream. Still lots of fun to watch! Makes me want to take part in something similar.

Wonderful fun to watch, painful to read!

Thank you so much for posting all of these for me to watch later, Roo! I didn't get the chance to watch this live as I was working at the time.  It was very interesting and exciting to see you all play this game in turns like that!  What a fun idea!  I'll have to look into doing something like that with my friends sometime.

I must say it was quite alarming and discouraging to just be reading the comments posted by people on that live chat while you and your wife were playing.  You get too many teenagers and people with too much free time on their hands together and you get that horrible scene that was happening while you were playing.  I don't know if you happened to read even half the things that were going on while you were playing but it sure made me feel I was part of the wrong species, that's for sure.  Sometimes I have to wonder if man is the more "intelligent" species at times.

Again though, thank you for posting this, I just wish your live audience wasn't so full of morons and idiots chatting away with the stupid things they were and actually trying to help you play the game you were working on and trying to encourage you but I suppose I am asking too much it seems.

Also, how did most of those people not even know who you were???  Why would they follow someone live, if they did not even know who you are?? Sheer craziness to me.

Awww! I missed the live

Awww! I missed the live stream :( I'll have to watch it later. Or should I? Seeing how long this is (Estimating around 200 minutes, probably less) I am wondering if I should watch it or not? I mean, I haven't played Super Mario RPG, even though I have it on VC on my Wii right now, I got stuck in the sewers and just got bored. I will get back into playing it, once I finish my current play throughs of Super Mario 64 and Paper Mario.

Yay for mrs Roo

I've just looked through the 10 films and I am impressed by Mrs Roo to cope through even though she does not seem to have too much gaming interests. In my household, it is me who is playing and my husband who watch and he can not last long before he loses interest. Perhaps it is because I play RPG and when he finally does play something it is more along the lines of run / kill / bomb everything style.

Really fun game section to see. Super Mario RPG was never released in Sweden and Europe at the time so I had to wait until it was released on the Virtual Console in 2008 before I even got to try it. Maybe now I might be inspired to play
through it ...

Go cats and no... white/black cat does not look fat (forgot his namne)

Your wife is awesome; she

Your wife is awesome; she doesn't play games, yet she puts up with having to sit there watching you for over three hours. And yes, your live stream was full of idiots chatting with each other and not actually paying attention. Don't let it get to you; the average person's real middle name is dumbass. Good job on the actual playing, too; it encouraged me to finally do a second runthrough fo the game, even though I haven't touched it since I first played it through shortly after getting it on the Virtual Console.
