Favourite? I personally hate video game bosses due to it can make a fun game unenjoyable.

Kefka was the incarnation of evil to me.  So great boss.  Magus in Chrono Trigger as a boss was pretty cool too.

The Ruby and Emerald weapons in Final Fantasy VII was mine, they were so frustrating and when I finally beat them I couldn't believe it.

Mine would have to be this guy right here.  Hitler from Bionic Commando, even at such a young age I knew who  it was and it shocked me.  It was really a good feeling to make his head explode though.

That game would have rocked if you knew from the start you were kicking nazis butt.

ALL of the colossi from Shadow of the Colossus. A few stand out more than others for me, like the flying one in the desert and the one who's giant hand comes up over the cliff when you run all the way to the end. But this guy ... this guy in particular is my favourite:

Look at that thing. Look at its wise old man/puppy dog face. He's my favourite because the game actually made me feel bad for the guy. He didn't even do anything, he's just walking around and you stroll in and straight-up murder his ass. The poor, cute, friendly looking bastard.

The story in that game is so sad.  I rather not play it.  I know I'm missing out but I can't bear to kill those poor creatures.
