I don't think this has been a topic yet (not that I noticed, anyway), but let's talk web comics. Does...anyone read or like any? What interests you?
I regularly read/follow-
-Penny-Arcade- I think everyone knows that PA often contains foul language, so in that sense, it tends to be NSFW. In addition to the comic, there's also the PA web video series, featuring the PA employees! I like it; it's funny, and gives you insight to the company that is Penny-Arcade that you wouldn't really get to see most of the time, otherwise. There are two seasons so far, and I imagine the third is probably starting some time this Fall. Check that out, too!
-VG Cats (occassionally NSFW)
-Menage a 3 (NSFW! often contains nudity)
-Cyanide and Happiness- Sometimes....sort of NSFW. I used to not like or read this comic as much because...ugh...they've done some terrible things! I started to read it more, and I guess over time, I felt they were generally less offsensive, but you know....it's still often a kind of morbid comic, or definitely kind of twisted anyway! I read it regularly now, but once in a while....yeah, I...shake my head!
-Little Gamers (also often contains foul language, and sexual text, so probably NSFW)
-Sequential Art- This comic doesn't have a regular schedule, unfortunately, but usually there's at least one a week. Usually. Also, there's no archive feature, which is really dreadful, and there's no 'About' or 'Cast' information, which is bad for new readers. The comic is more just an offshoot function of the author, Phillip Jackson's, site, and well....he really should update this section....

D'oh! I can't believe I almost forgot--
-Flaky Pastry
-Filibuster
-School Bites

I used to check out CTRL ALT DEL but after a while, I just stopped liking them, I know there's a few good ones but they seem to give into whatever's floating about and sometimes takes the wrong sides of such. I don't want to be reminded of constant political banter or perhaps reading in an ONLINE VIDEO GAME COMIC SITE about sh*t that's clearly nothing related such as the typical Justin Bieber or Rebecca Black rants. Okay, we get it, they aren't popular, we get it, the songs are widely disliked, I don't like them, I don't want to be reminded of them, it was getting too annoying trying to enjoy some video game related things and then out of nowhere, whips out some common complaint on youtube or some new meme that's equally as annoying.
I still follow VGCats but we know how inactive they are.
From time to time, I go to drunk duck, which is an online community site where people like you and myself can go to upload our own work so others can read and comment on them. Something I wanted to host for the longest time but clearly, I'm out of the game now and just simply can't go back that life.

Yeah, I don't follow CTRL-ALT-DEL either. I just don't think it's really that funny. I have a friend who really, really hates it; I...don't 'hate' it, I just don't care for it. It's not worth hating.
"they seem to give into whatever's floating about and sometimes takes the wrong sides of such."-- Er....is an opinion ever technically on a 'wrong side'? What do you mean, though?
"I don't want to be reminded of constant political banter or perhaps reading in an ONLINE VIDEO GAME COMIC SITE about sh*t that's clearly nothing related"-- Well, that I can more understand, but keep in mind that creators use their medium to just say what's on their mind. It may not always be 100% directly related to games, in a gaming comic, but I don't see that as 'bad' by definition. Penny-Arcade, for example, often talks about things not related to games, such as some TV shows. It's just something that they find to be funny, and they want to share it.
But what comics are you reading that do become overtly 'political'?
...Justin Beiber is not popular? Uh.....Well, not with certain age groups, no. But with others, that's a very different matter. :P
So, a 'gaming comic' should just talk exclusively about game topics and nothing else? Why? Can you name one that does? :P One thing to keep in mind is that writing is hard! Sometimes, you just may not be able to really come up with anything game-related, especially if there isn't much real game news out there. It happens. :/
Er...why can't you 'go back to that life'? Is there a comic you wanted to start, or keep reading? What's stopping you? :O

So, uh...no one else reads anything? At least, not that you're willing to admit! D:

Web comics... the worst is yet to come. Ever heard of the dreaded Sonichu by the monstrosity of a human being named Chris Chan? Oh no, don't get me started...

That's not a sin right?
I don't really get into comics much. I checked out Penny Arcade, and thought it was just about the most infantile thing I ever saw. I do like "Order of the Stick" It lampoons D&D pretty well.

Never heard of Chris Chan, but now I'm afraid to look him up. D:
Penny-Arcade is great most of the time, I think. They really do some hilarious stuff! While I agree it can seem perhaps 'infantile' sometimes, it's not always the case. I assume you must like some other comics though, Ted, considering you currently have a Cerebus icon. :P

Don't even dare Shirowolf, but if you do, here is a website about him and what he've done over Youtube, he's infamous you know:

Make sure you had a strong gut and an even stronger mind. I'm reading articles about him, and I quite say I learned many things because of what he did on the internet.

Yea, I used a Cerebus (icon) to establish my geek cred here. :) If there really is such a thing s a "graphic novel" then Cerebus is a great example. It's the only "comic" I've ever spent my money on. I did also mention Order of the Stick. It's a web comic that I find amusing. If you cut your teeth on 1st or 2nd edition AD&D, I think you'll get a chuckle or two.
If you are into steam-punk, then you will probably like this one:

I don't usually read them but thanks ShirowWolf for listing them for us. I guess it's a good time to start reading. There are quite a few you mentioned that I didn't know existed.
And that last one Nomog mentioned has pretty cool artwork.

I haven't read Girl Genius yet, but it's kind of on my 'To Read' list, I guess. I've heard it's great, though, and I have friends who recommend it!
It's always a good time to start reading. ^3^
