All i pretty much watch is subtitled anime the Colbert Report and random things that i pay no attention to just cause i want to have the tv on in the background.
Mostly Californication. It's my favorite still airing show right now.
Also I finally decided to start watching Lost. Very irregular show. Some episodes are interesting and/or fun and others just seem boring and pure filler.
Game of Thrones started two weeks ago, and the book hooked me into the series enough that I now fanatically wait for Sunday to come just so I can see a new episode. Plus, it's got Sean Bean in it. And it's totally awesome.
No cable...no TV...BUT I did happen to catch Game of Thrones first two episodes...and I might be gettgin cable as a result. I LOVE the books. And the casting is amazing.

I still watch Monday Night Raw (even though I am 26) but the only other shows I follow are Chuck and The Office. I also have an odd affinity towards Food Network reality shows even though I can't cook.
The shows I try to follow are:
Leverage
White Collar
Burn Notice
Fringe
Castle
Glee
The Cape
Doctor Who
There are other shows I'll watch from time to time (like Robot Chicken, or Archer) but I don't really care if I miss a few episodes here and there.

Hustle and Top Gear. Occasionally I seek out mythbusters. That's really about it.

Myself I don't have cable, when I had access to it there was nothing good on except for Discovery, PBS, HGTV or any channel like them.
I like to buy DVD sets they are commercial free, no reruns and if there is a cliff hanger season finale I can watch the season premier right after.
I might start buying Doctor Who since the price dropped.

I'm trying to make it through Battlestar Galactica, but it's getting too weird for me now that I'm near the end. Lost was the same way...
Mostly Californication. It's my favorite still airing show right now.

Most of TV has been killing me so I've been sticking with internet videos and series.
But there are a few I still follow.
In no order...
Adventure Time
Regular Show
ATHF
Avatar the Laster Airbender (waiting for the next series)
Young Justice
Ben 10
Generator Rex
The Walking Dead
Great shows, especially Adventure Time

I also watch Chuck and Supernatural. Other than that, the vast majority of the shows I watch are already off the air.
